Attention Providers: Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) Model & Maternal Health Rural Regional Planning Webinar

The Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) model is a grant-funded initiative through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services aimed at improving maternal and perinatal health outcomes. Maine was selected for participation in December 2024, and the state’s TMaH initiative officially launched in January 2025. Led by the Office of MaineCare Services (OMS), the program is designed to run over 10 years and will focus on transforming care delivery and strengthening maternal health systems, particularly in rural areas.
