Public Review and Comment 

On December 6, 2023, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present draft rate models along with rationale for Section 97, Appendix D, TFC Services. The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting have been posted on our Rate System Reform website.  

Feedback from providers and interested stakeholders is important during the rate determination process. The Department will accept written comments until December 20, 2023, and respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.  

Please submit comments or questions related to this rate determination process to Jessica Levesque, MaineCare’s Rate Reform Project Manager for TFC Services.
