Troop D Weekly Report

Troop D weekly activities for time February 10th to February 16th, 2020

On 2/9/2020 Tr. Belanger summonsed James Eastman (64) of Windsor for OAS and FT Register a MV for Tr. Dunn. Tr. Dunn received a report of an abandoned vehicle on the Choate Rd. in Windsor on 1/23/20 and further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been recently purchased by Eastman.


On 2/11/2020 Tr. Dunn covered a burglary at 145 Stage Rd. in Pittston where two appliances were taken from the residence. The victim’s ex-wife, Gabrielle Ward (24) of Woolwich was identified as a subject and on 2/16/20 Tr. Dunn arrested Ward for Burglary.

On 2/12/2020 Cpl. Pelletier stopped Wendy Rego (58) on Rt. 27 in Boothbay for a vehicle defect. Her license had been expired by 13 months, and she was summonsed for the offense. 


On 2/13/2020 Tr. Adams arrested David Oclair (40) of Northport. Oclair had three active warrants for his arrest. Oclair was arrested without incident and transported to the Waldo County Jail. 


On 2/15/2020 Tr. Dunn stopped Shaun Glidden (49) of Richmond, for an inspection sticker violation on I-295 in West Gardiner. Glidden was suspended and he was charged with OAS.

On 2/15/2020 Tr. Webber stopped Greggory Libby (28) of Liberty on RT-3 in Palermo for speeding.  Libby was given a summons for speed and charged with Attaching False Plates.

Troop D weekly activities for time February 3rd to February 9th, 2020

On 2/2/2020 Tr. Webber stopped Damian Craven (31) of Belfast on RT-1 in Belfast.  It was determined that Craven had a suspended license and his female passenger Morgan Mitchell (33) also of Belfast had a warrant for FTA.  Craven was charged with criminal OAS and Mitchell was arrested and transported to the Waldo County Jail.

On 2/4/2020 Cpl. Pelletier stopped Eric Shepley (30) of Bangor on I-295 in Gardiner for a speeding violation. His license was expired in excess of 90 days, and he was summonsed for the offense.  

On 2/4/2020 Tr. Martin stopped a vehicle for speed on I95 in Carmel. The operator, Cassidy Chadbourne (20) of Madison, gave a false name during the traffic stop. Once the operator was identified, it was discovered Chadbourne did not have a license. Chadbourne was charged with Operating without a license and Failure to give correct name.

On 2/5/2020 Cpl. Pelletier and Sgt. Quintero responded to a domestic disturbance at 15 Lindsey Ln. in West Gardiner. Jimmy Self (49) was ultimately arrested for DV Assault, and DV Criminal Threatening as a result of the investigation. 

On 2/7/2020 Tr. Stewart arrested Norman Hightower (39) of Swanville. Hightower was wanted out of Lincoln County for unpaid fines. 

On 2/8/2020 Trooper’s Belanger and Webber went to 18 Damon Rd in Stockton Springs to arrest Gail Curtis (35) of Stockton Springs on an FTA warrant. While at the residence, 1.5 grams of Fentanyl were located in plain view. A search warrant was drafted and executed on the residence. Approximately 6 grams of Fentanyl, 3.5 grams of Methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia were seized from the residence. Curtis and her boyfriend, Rodney Damon (39) of Stockton Springs were arrested and charged with Trafficking schedule W drugs Fentanyl, Possession of Schedule W drugs Methamphetamines, Use and Sale of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Troop D weekly activities for time January 27th to February 2nd, 2020

On 1/27/2020 Tr. Martin stopped a vehicle in Searsport for an expired registration. The operator, Michael Whitney (39), had a suspended license. Whitney was charged for Operating After Suspension and released. 

On 1/27/2020 Trooper’s Belanger and Webber went to the residence of Stephen Larrabee (40) of Prospect who was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear. While there a bail check was conducted. Larrabee was arrested on his warrant and charged with Unlawful Possession of Schedule Z Drug Gabapentin, VCR, and use of drug paraphernalia. Larrabee was transported to Waldo County Jail.

On 1/28/2020 Tr. Belanger and Trooper Webber went to the residence of Michael Babineau (25) of Searsport for a bail check. Babineau tested positive for cocaine and was in possession of approximately 150 hypodermic apparatuses. Babineau was charged with Violation of Conditional of Release (VCR) and Possession of hypodermic apparatuses.

On 1/28/2020 Tr. Dunn and Tr. Peckham conducted a bail check of Nikole Powell (31) at her listed bail address in West Gardiner. Both Troopers had previously assisted Gardiner PD in early January on a traffic stop where Powell and her boyfriend Logan McDonald (24) had been arrested for Aggravated Furnishing in Methamphetamine. Powell and McDonald were both located in a camper on the property and a search of the camper revealed a loaded 9 mm Ruger handgun underneath the mattress. Powell was arrested of 3 counts of Violation of Conditional of Release (VCR), as well as Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Powell was brought to Kennebec County Jail and her bail was subsequently revoked.

On 1/30/2020 Cpl. Pelletier arrested Nikole Powell (32) reference to 2 active warrants for Possession of Cocaine and Violations of Conditional of Release (VCR).  

On 1/31/2020 Tr. Adams arrested Autumn McDonald (26) of Searsport. McDonald had a warrant from South Portland PD for Domestic Violence Assault. McDonald was arrested without incident and transported to the Waldo County Jail. 

On 2/1/2020 Tr. Harrington arrested Levar Green (42) on I95 in West Gardiner. Green held felony warrants for Domestic Violence related charges out of Kennebec County. Green was arrested without incident and transported to KCJ where bail was set at $5,000. Tr. Gleeson and Ofc. Sherland and K9 Jobe with Topsham P.D. assisted with the stop.

On 2/1/2020 Cpl. Wesbrock conducted a traffic stop on Route 1 in the town of Warren for expired registration.  The operator Brooke Chase (38) of Rockland was charged with the criminal offense of operating with registration expired greater than 150 days. 

On 2/1/2020 Tr. Martin stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign in Prospect. The operator, Jennifer Beckwith Pierce (37), had a suspended license. Pierce was also found to be in possession of heroin/fentanyl. Pierce was arrested and transport to Waldo County Jail where she was charged with Operating After Suspension and Possession of Heroin, Priors. 

0n 2/2/2020 Tr. Martin stopped a vehicle in Stockton Springs for an expired inspection sticker. Tr. Bureau assisted with the traffic stop and arrest of both occupants. The operator, Ashleigh Gibbs (29) of Brooks was charged with the following: 1. Operating after suspension 2. Violation of conditional release 3. Possession of hypodermic apparatuses 4. Use of drug paraphernalia. The passenger, Joshua Perry (38) of Brooks was charged with the following: 1. Unlawful furnishing of schedule drug 2. Unlawful possession of schedule drug 3. Violation of conditional release 4. Use of drug paraphernalia.  
 

Troop G Weekly Report

1-15- Tpr. Darcy stopped a vehicle northbound on the turnpike in York. The registration was suspended for tolls. The registered owner was able to call into the turnpike authority and sort out the issue regarding his overdue fines to the turnpike.

Sgt. Pappas summonsed a Livermore Falls resident for trafficking oxycodone after finding him in possession of 36 pills.

Sgt. Pappas summonsed two Bingham residents for trafficking cocaine after finding them in possession of 2 ounces of coke and 1 gram of fentanyl.  SW was conducted at their residence in Bingham.  Over ten guns were seized in addition to 10 grams of fentanyl.

Cpl. Ricci Cote, while working a minimum shift in Troop B, stopped Brandy Hilliard (41) of Turner, on N. River Road in Greene.  She was arrested and charged with OUI.  Her BrAC was over the legal limit.

Cpl. Ricci Cote summonsed Daniel Moulton (29) of Falmouth for Criminal Speed (102 mph in a posted 70 mph zone) on I-95 SB in Scarborough.

Cpl. Ricci Cote stopped Elizabeth Bell (29) of Biddeford on I-95 in Saco for having a Suspended Registration.  She was not charged, but her vehicle was towed.  She will be following up with the MTA.  

Cpl. Ricci Cote stopped Scott Briggs (34) of Windham on I-95 SB in Auburn.  He was summonsed for Operating W/ an Expired Driver’s License > 90 Days.

Cpl. Ricci Cote stopped Robert Gray (54) of Sanford on I-95 SB in Gray.  He was arrested for Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation.  He had an active warrant and was out on bail.  He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail. 

On 1/18/20 Trooper Williams arrested Brent Homer (42) of Dorchester, MA for Criminal Arrest Warrant; Failure to Appear following an erratic driving complaint in York.
 

Troop G Weekly Report

On 01-05-2020, Troopers were asked to BOLO for a vehicle heading northbound on I-95 from the NH line. The request was from Biddeford PD who had just issued arrest warrants on a Caleb Pelkey (28) out of Portland for DV Terrorizing and DV Stalking on 01-03-2020. Biddeford PD stated that Pelkey was an Outlaw MC Gang member and had just been seen in a photo with a firearm. There was reason to believe that an occupant of the vehicle was Pelkey. Trooper MacKinnon spotted the vehicle NB and Trooper Paradis and Keim pulled behind him in order to do a felony stop. Three subjects total were in the vehicle, all three showed as active Outlaw MC Gang members in METRO. The vehicle was stopped just prior to the Kennebunk Service Plaza. Pelkey was driving the vehicle and was arrested on the warrants and transported to the York County Jail. The other two members in the vehicle were identified as Mark Morin (41) and Howard Kraft (61) both of Portland. 

12-31-19- Tpr. Darcy arrested William McCall (38) of Biddeford on an active failure to appear warrant as the result of a traffic stop northbound on the turnpike in Wells. William was also issued a summons for Operating after Suspension. The vehicle was towed from the scene as the registration was suspended for tolls.

1-2-20- Tpr. Darcy arrested Alex Lane (43) of Cornish on an active, unpaid fines warrant as the result of a traffic stop northbound on the turnpike in York. 
On 1/5/2020      Tr. Wilkinson responded to a slide off in the area of mile marker 36 in Saco. Subsequently, the male operator was arrested for OUI and tested above the legal limit. Sgt. Pappas assisted. 

On 1/5/2020     Tr. Wilkinson and K9 Pinny were requested to assist Westbrook Police Department with a sniff of two subjects they had detained for suspicious activity. K9 Pinny indicated on the buttocks crack of the male subject and did not indicate on the female subject. The male refused to relinquish the narcotics on his own and Westbrook PD officers were not willing to put in the effort for a search warrant for an involuntary strip search. The female corroborated K9 Pinny’s indication and stated she was going to purchase crack cocaine from the male subject prior to police contact and that he had it in his genital area. 

On January 1, Tpr. Physic arrested Steven Walker for OUI who blew over the legal limit. Tpr. Libritz assisted. 

On January 4, Tpr. Physic arrested Hadin Ngouabi Okombi for OUI, who blew over the legal limit.

Tr. Vanadestine stopped Christopher Bean of Augusta for operating 102 MPH on the turnpike in Augusta. 

Tr. Vanadestine responded to a crash at mile 99 in the construction zone. A Rory Colby crashed his car into the jersey barriers.  He was arrested for OAS and OUI.  
Tr. Vanadestine responded to a crash with minor injuries.  A Timothy Card of Lisbon crashed his pickup truck in to the embankment, he was transported to the ER for injuries.  Card was refused to submit to chemical test.  CARD was arrested for OUI and his truck was totaled.

On 01-01-2020, Tr. Duda summonsed Anthony Beard, age 31, for operating with a suspended registration in York.

On 01-02-2020, Tr. Duda summonsed Clarence Stevens, age 56, for operating after revocation in York. 

On 01-04-2020, Tr. Duda arrested Gerard Lapierre, age 64, of Augusta for operating under the influence. Tr. Duda was working an OUI detail and observed Lapierre operating erratically on State Street in Augusta. Lapierre was subsequently arrested and brought to the Augusta Police Department for a breath test. Lapierre blew over the legal limit.

Tr. And K9 Mack conducted 4 exterior K9 sniff this week for Troop G troopers. No indications were present.

Troop D weekly activities for time December 30th 2019, to January 5, 2020

On 12/29/19 Tr. Peckham stopped Jennifer Beattie (54) of Waterville and Abdul-Rashid Bilal (22) of New York, New York on I-95 in West Gardiner for a vehicle defect and expired registration. Jennifer was on bail for drug possession and a search was conducted. Jennifer was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration, VCR and the vehicle was towed.

On 12/29/19 Tr. Belanger stopped a vehicle on Water St in Augusta for Speeding 30mph in a 25mph zone. The passenger, Jessica Shaughnessy (33) of Augusta, had an active warrant for FTA. Shaughnessy was also found in the possession of unprescribed muscle relaxers. Shaughnessy was arrested on her warrant and possession of schedule Z drug.

On 12/29/19 Recruit Mattson and Tr. Belanger stopped Ethan Mitchell (19) of Searsmont on Rt. 173 in Searsmont. Mitchell was operating with a permit only and transporting 4 juveniles. Mitchell was issued a summons for operating without a driver’s license. 

On 12/30/19 Recruit Mattson and Tr. Belanger stopped David Dineen (56) of Gardiner on Water St in Randolph for an expired inspection. Dineen had an expired registration and was ultimately charged with operating with an expired registration greater than 150 days.

On 12/30/19 Tr. Nunez responded to a slide off on Rt 126 in West Gardiner. The occupant was not hurt, and there was no damage to the vehicle. 

On 12/31/19 Sgt. Quintero arrested Evan West 21 of Belmont. West was found traveling in a vehicle with one 16-year-old female and two 17-year-old females.  All parties admitted that West was providing the juveniles with Schedule Z drugs.  The drugs were recovered from the vehicle. West was Charged with Class C Furnishing of Schedule Drugs.

On 1/1/2020 Tr. Verhille stopped John Kiermaier (67) of Augusta for operating an unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days.  Kiermaier was summonsed for the offense. 


On 1/3/2020 Trooper’s Dunn and Belanger conducted a bail check of Devere Cudo (31) of Farmingdale at 7 Lauryn Lane in Farmingdale. Cudo was on bail for OUI following a Christmas Day crash on Rt. 1 in Wiscasset where he struck another vehicle. Tr. Dunn observed Cudo attempting to hide a bottle of alcohol inside the apartment and Cudo was arrested for VCR based upon his possession and consumption of alcohol.

On 1/3/2020 Tr. Belanger stopped Leo Coutu (34) of Augusta on Grant St in Farmingdale for a defective tail light. Coutu attempted to Elude the stop, ultimately crashing into a snow bank. Coutu was arrested on 3 warrant, OAS, and possession of schedule Z drugs. Coutu was transported to Kennebec County Jail.

On 1/3/2020 Tr. Belanger stopped Deanna Jones (37) of Farmingdale for an expired registration on Maine Ave in Farmingdale. Jones was charged with operating with an expired registration greater than 150 days.

On 1/4/2020 Tr. Harrington summonsed Richard Sears (31) of China for attaching false plates on Western Ave in Augusta. 

Troop G Weekly Report

On 12/26/19 at 22:25 hrs. Tr. Harakles responded to a report of a vehicle pulled over in a dangerous spot. Tr. Harakles located the vehicle in the construction zone mile 9 South. Tr. Harakles spoke with the driver and immediately suspected impairment. At the conclusion of SFT’s 31-year-old Yusef Nouri of Beverly Mass was arrested for OUI. A subsequent breath test showed Nouri was over twice the legal limit.

Tpr. Physic received a complaint of suspicious activity regarding a vehicle that kept going through New Gloucester tolls. Tpr. Physic spotted the vehicle going through the tolls and initiated a traffic stop.  Tpr. Physic arrested the driver, Charles Richardson, for Failing to Appear and summonsed him for Operating w/o License.  Cpl. Cote and Tpr. Davis assisted.

12-23- Tpr. Darcy charged Monika Scheindel (21) of Cape Elizabeth with Operating after Suspension and Operating with a Suspended Registration as the result of a traffic stop northbound on the turnpike in Biddeford. The registration was suspended for tolls.

12-23- Tpr. Darcy charged Kenneth Hughes (41) of Monmouth with Operating after Suspension as the result of a traffic stop northbound on the turnpike in York. Tpr. Wilkinson & K9 Pinny were called to the scene. K9 Pinny alerted to the odors of narcotics on the vehicle. A search was conducted, crack cocaine and cocaine paraphernalia were located.  

12-26-19 Tpr. Darcy charged Jamaal Williams (37) of Biddeford with Operating after Suspension as the result of a traffic stop northbound on the turnpike in York.

Tr. Keim stopped GEORGE MOUSTAKIS (33) of Danvers Mass., for traveling 107mph in a posted 70mph speed zone.  In the vehicle with MOUSTAKIS was his 3 children.  Two were 5 years old, the other 11 years old and his wife whom was 4 months pregnant. MOUSTAKIS was charged with criminal speed and endangering the welfare of a child.

On 12-29-19, Tr. Stubbs saw a black VW Passat going the wrong way at the NB Kittery Rest Area. The vehicle’s North Carolina registration was revoked, and the operator was suspended in Massachusetts. The operator, Andrew Marshalka (56) of Mass, stated he was headed to visit his girlfriend in Cumberland. He estimated the cash he had on him at $3700 and stated that he rents the vehicle for $650 a month. York PD’s K-9 responded and indicated on the vehicle, a thorough search of the vehicle was negative. National Wrecker towed the vehicle and Tr. Stubbs summons Marshalka for OWL and Operating a vehicle with Revoked Registration.  Tr. MacKinnon and Sgt. Porter assisted.

Troop D weekly activities for time December 23rd to December 29th, 2019

On 12/22/19 Tr. Martin stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 3 in Palermo. The operator, Charles Janosky III (35), was found to be in violation of his bail conditions. Janosky was charged with the following: 1. Operating a vehicle with suspended registration, 2. Attaching false plates, 3. Violation conditions of release.

On 12/22/19 Tr. Belanger stopped Sean Oxton (43) of Waldo for Failure to use headlights after dark. Oxton’s driver’s license was expired for 2 ½ years and was charged for operating with an expired DL >90 Days.

On 12/23/19 Tr. Webber stopped Zachary Brown (33) of Northport on RT-3 in Belfast.  Brown was charged with Criminal OAS. 

On 12/24/19 Tr. Dunn, Detective Plourde, and Recruits Anstett and Mattson responded to 12 Third St. in Randolph for a report of a family fight. Tr. Dunn and Tr. Peckham had responded to that same residence twice in the previous 12 hours for similar calls and Jeremy Upp (43) and Amanda Bechard had both been given Disorderly Conduct warnings during one of those prior incidents. On 12/24/19 Upp was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and brought to KCJ.

On 12/26/19 Tr. Verhille observed a vehicle traveling north on 295 driving erratically.  Tr. Verhille attempted to stop the vehicle by activating his lights and sirens.  The vehicle continued north approximately another 3 miles to exit 49 before stopping on Route 201.  Upon further investigation, Tr. Verhille determined the operator, Claude Cote (64) of Lincoln, RI. was impaired.  He was arrested for failure to stop for law enforcement and operating under the influence.  Cote refused to comply to breath testing and was transported to Kennebec County jail. 

12/28/19 Tr. Webber and Cpl. Robinson stopped Samantha Tasimo (30) of Stockton Springs on RT-3 in Liberty.  Employees of the China Hannaford reported that a male and female were involved in a dispute in the parking lot.  It was determined that Tasimo and her husband had been arguing and left eastbound on RT-3.  Tasimo was suspected to be under the influence and was arrested for OUI alcohol.  A breath test later confirmed that Tasimo was under the influence of intoxicants.

On 12/28/19 Tr. Belanger stopped a vehicle on Water St in Augusta for speeding. The passenger, Jessica Shaughnessy (32) of Augusta had a warrant for FTA. Upon searching the vehicle, Shaughnessy’s unprescribed pain killers were located. Shaugnhessy was charged with possession of Schedule Z Drugs.

On 12/29/19 Tr. Peckham stopped Jennifer Beattie (54) of Oakland and Abdul-Rashib Bilal (22) of New York, New York for an expired & suspended registration. Beattie was on bail conditions to include search & test. Beattie was charged with Operating with Suspended Registration and VCR and the vehicle was towed. Tr. Dunn assisted on this stop.
 

Troop D Weekly Report

Troop D weekly activities for time December 9th to December 15th 2019

On 12/8/19 Tr. Verhille responded to 7 Warren Street in Hallowell to Assist Hallowell PD with a domestic assault complaint. After further investigation, Dennis Mooney (40) of Hallowell was arrested for Aggravated Assault.

On 12/9/19 Tr. Verhille responded to a report of a vehicle off the road and over an embankment in the woods. After further investigation Tr. Verhille learned the vehicle had been stolen out of Sabattus. Tr. Verhille notified Sabattus PD then collected evidence from the scene to aid in their investigation.
On 12/11/19 Tr. Harrington summonsed Jason Chabot (33) of Fairfield for Operating unregistered motor vehicle >150 days on I95 in Augusta. 

On 12/11/19 Tr. Martin responded to a late report of an assault in Swanville. As a result of the investigation, Takota Lenfest (21) of Swanville was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Conditions of Release. 

On 12/12/19 Trooper’s Belanger, Webber, and Cpl. Robinson conducted a probation check on Ginger Hegstrom (37) of Thorndike, at her residence. Hegstrom was found with crack cocaine, crack manufacturing contraband, and paraphernalia; she also tested positive for cocaine and opiates. Hegstrom was arrested for a probation violation, aggravated trafficking of scheduled W drugs, and use of drug paraphernalia. 

On 12/12/19 Trooper’s Belanger, Webber, and Cpl. Robinson made contact with Matthew McIver (33) of Thorndike, in Monroe. McIver was wanted on a probation revocation warrant and Failure to Appear (FTA) warrant. McIver barricaded himself in his grandmother’s house. Access was ultimately gained, and McIver was taken into custody without incident. 

On 12/13/19 Tr. Dunn stopped Daniel Dugay, (23) of Lisbon, on Rt. 201 for an inspection sticker violation. Dugay was founded to be suspended and had not registered the vehicle after purchasing it several months prior. Dugay was summonsed for both charges and also issued a citation for insurance.

On 12/13/19 Trooper Belanger was at Belfast District Court when Isaac Wright (42) of Belfast, walked into the court and became belligerent towards the court clerks. It became known that Wright had an active failure to Appear (FTA) warrant and was placed under arrest.

On 12/13/19 Tr. Verhille responded to a property damage crash on the Richmond Road in the Town of Litchfield. Diana Higgins, (46) of Litchfield, lost control of her vehicle when she was operating too fast for road conditions.  

On 12/13/19 Tr. Verhille responded to a two-vehicle property damage crash on the Richmond Road in the Town of Litchfield. Susan Look (57) of Litchfield sideswiped Michael Weisman, (55) of Beverly, Massachusetts, when she attempted to pass him on icy road conditions.

On 12/14/19 Tr. Adams went to 662 Loggin Road in the town of Frankfort to attempt to locate William Ripley (26). Ripley was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant. Ripley was taken to the Waldo County Jail. 

On 12/14/19 Tr. Harrington stopped Christopher Miller (23) and Amanda Johnson (24) both of Rochester, New Hampshire on Western Avenue in Augusta after observing traffic infractions occur on both I295 in West Gardiner and I95 in Augusta. Criminal indicators were observed, and Tr. Lacoste was called on to assist with K9 Bella. As a result of the investigation, Troopers located Methamphetamine and numerous types of drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Miller was arrested and transported to Troop D where he was interviewed, fingerprinted and released. Cpl. Wesbrock assisted with the stop as well.

Troop D weekly activities for time December 2nd to December 8th 2019

On 11/29/19 Tr. Martin initiated a traffic stop in Knox. As a result of the stop the passenger Vernal Hood (35) of Searsmont was found to be in possession of 4 suspected Adderall pills. Hood was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled “W” drugs.  

On 12/7/19 Trooper Belanger stopped a vehicle on Rt. 1A in Winterport for an obstructed view. The passenger of the vehicle, Timothy Gallagher (49), of Winterport was arrested on a warrant for FTA.

On 12/7/19 Cpl. Robinson and Tr. Belanger responded to the Monroe Road in Monroe for a female that was slumped over the steering wheel of her vehicle.  Upon arrival Ashley Bailey (33) of Bangor was found to have paraphernalia on her person  and approximately one gram of crack.  Ashley was brought to the Waldo County Jail where Spec. Allen determined she was under the influence of drugs.  Ashley was charged with Possession of Schedule Drugs, Violating Conditions of Release, and OUI Drugs.  Ashley bail was revoked.

On 12/7/19 Sgt. Quintero arrested Wendie Wallace 51 of Woolwich for Violating her conditions release in the town of Woolwich.  Wallace was found to be in possession of and consuming alcohol while on conditional release prohibiting her use and possession of Alcohol.  Wallace called 911 to advise she was watching minor children and felt unable to do so after consuming the alcohol.  The children’s parents were contacted, and they were left in the care of their parents. 

On 12/8/19 Tr. Stewart and Tr. Adams responded to a crash in Swanville. The operator, Kenneth Hess (43) failed SFST’s and was arrested for OUI. 

On 12/8/19 Tr. Adams was monitoring traffic in the town of Winterport. A male pulled into the gas station. Tr. Adams ran the registration of the vehicle. The registered owner Kane Ackley 35 of Swanville was on bail and had a 6pm to 6am curfew. Ackley was in violation of his curfew. Upon a search of Ackley drug paraphernalia was also found on him. Ackley was arrested and charged with VCR and Drug paraphernalia. Ackley is on bail for a class B trafficking charge form November.
