Hannah Silverfine is a Climate Risk Management Project Coordinator with the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future. Hannah’s projects focus on advancing climate resilience in Maine through climate-ready infrastructure. Prior to joining GOPIF, Hannah worked across the environmental field as a project manager, researcher, facilitator, and community organizer. During her tenure at an environmental consulting firm, she supported federal and state agencies on diverse topics such as renewable energy, community planning, and land use. As an outreach coordinator for a national non-profit, she spearheaded an initiative training hundreds of scientists to form local teams aimed at integrating scientific analysis into policymaking for practical and equitable outcomes. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Spanish and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science & Policy from Clark University.
