Rep. David Sinclair

Rep. David Sinclair is serving his second term in the Maine House of Representatives. He sits on the Judiciary Committee and has previously served on the State and Local Government Committee. 

Sinclair runs a Bath-based law practice where he focuses on services for the underprivileged. He has served two terms on the Bath City Council and volunteered on multiple local boards and committees, including the Bath Area Food Bank, Two Bridges Regional Jail Authority and the Governing Council of the New Lawyers Section of the Maine State Bar Association.

 Sinclair is an advocate for affordable housing, Midcoast families and seniors, ensuring Maine residents can access essential services and increasing equity within Maine’s criminal justice system.

He lives in the North End of Bath with his two children, who attend Bath’s public schools.
