Beale, William (1878 - 1966)

Will Beale was born in Cape Sable, Nova Scotia and grew up Eastport, ME. He was an accomplished violinist who traveled and did concert work for many years. He then tried his hand at the fish canning industry, attempting to package fish products in glass, with moderate success. He also had a successful insurance and real estate business. He wrote children's books and short stories which were published in Everybody's American and Good Housekeeping.
