On July 26 at 4:00pm, MAP and PDS are hosting a trail walk at the Gilsland Farm Audubon Center in Falmouth. No programming or agenda- just a chance for folks to socialize and enjoy a beautiful setting. Additional information can be found in the flyer- please feel free to pass it on to anyone you think may be interested. All are welcome! We hope to see you there!

Location:

Gilsland Farm Audubon Center
20 Gilsland Farm Road
Falmouth, ME 04105

Park in main lot and meet in front of visitors center.

Passing through the greatest diversity of habitat on the sanctuary, the Pond Meadow Trail winds behind both the visitor
center and the headquarters building. Pockets of mature red oak and hemlock that date back a century or more are
interspersed with stands of red maple, ash, white birch, and trembling aspen. Through the woods just below the apple
orchard, the trail leads down to the pond where muskrat and wetland birds live and feed. Trail is gentle with no steep
grades.

Hosted by the Maine Assistance program for Lawyers and Judges and the Maine Commission on Public Defense Services.
No CLE credits, just birds.
