On October 1, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., a Presiding Officer of the Maine Commission on Public Defense Services (“Commission”) will convene the remainder of an adjudicatory hearing to receive evidence and decide whether grounds exist to suspend Eden Stuart (Bar #6598) from rosters of candidates for acceptance of assignments from the Commission. The hearing will be held in Room 541 of the Burton Cross Building, 111 Sewall Street, Augusta, Maine 04330. Members of the public may also attend remotely via Zoom.
Applications for intervention pursuant to 5 M.R.S. § 9054 will be accepted up to the commencement of the hearing. Any application for intervention should be sent to the following email address: Stephen.brochu@maine.gov
