The Project Management Office, which you can learn more about here, offers a variety of project resources. Services include best practices project control, coordination across and between Agencies, and management insight into execution against project deliverables and timeline. We engage closely with MaineIT to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, and that technology solutions meet Agency objectives.

- Technology for the project resources including: Laptop, Help Desk Support, Network Access, Desk Phone, and Remote Access Token
- Software for the project resources including: Standard Portfolio Project Resource Software license or Microsoft Project license (standard project tracking product is determined by the PRO)
- Hotel space for the project resources located at the PRO office
- Shared conference rooms
- Basic Program Manager oversight of contractors including staffing, timesheet management, and feedback
Service Level Targets & Availability
A formal SLA has not been developed specific to this service.
Service Rates: Project costs are determined by identifying the project resources needed to deliver the desired scope in the desired timeline, including FTEs and contract staff. Project budget estimates are provided as part of the Business Case / ROI planning activities.
