RFP Awarding Cost Points
This spreadsheet will help you calculate points for the Cost evaluation criterion in an objective, time-tested way.  We encourage you to use it in most cases.  In some RFPs, particularly in grant programs where you need to determine which proposal offers the most benefit for the dollars spent, you may need to take a somewhat more subjective approach to determining points for Cost.  Please contact Purchases for advice in such cases.
