Substance Abuse Treatment Provider for the Bangor Family Treatment Drug Court

Bangor Family Treatment Drug Court (BFTDC)

The Judicial Branch, working with the Office of Substance Abuse, is seeking bids to provide the following service:  Substance Abuse Treatment Provider.

The Bangor Family Treatment Drug Court (BFTDC) provides access to treatment and judicial accountability for substance abusing parents involved in child protection cases. Family Treatment Drug Courts are partnerships between state and local agencies, including the Judicial Branch, Department of Health and Human Services, and Office of Substance Abuse. Effective and evidence-based substance abuse treatment is a major component of the court. A treatment agency will be selected to provide a designated, licensed substance abuse treatment provider to become a member of the Bangor Family Treatment Drug Court Team.

All proposals must be packaged, sealed, and clearly labeled with the bidder's name and address marked: Judicial Branch: Bangor Family Treatment Drug Court. All proposals must be delivered to the Division of Purchases, Burton M. Cross Building, 4th Floor, 111 Sewall Street, 9 State House Station, Augusta, Maine, 04333-0009: no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, on November 17, 2009.

The Judicial Branch reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
