Phippsburg Draft Comprehensive Plan for Review

SPO completeness Review due to municipality on 10/13/2009.
SPO consistency review due to municipality on 10/27/2009

Please note that Phippsburg submitted a Comprehensive Plan to the State Planning Office in 2006.  That Plan was found inconsistent with the Growth Management Act.  In 2008, the town addressed the inconsistencies in a single document, separate from the 2006 Comprehensive Plan.  The town has now submitted the 2006 Comprehensive Plan, as well as their response to the inconsistencies, as their 2009 Comprehensive Plan.  We are asking you to comment both on the 2006 Comprehensive Plan and the response to the inconsistencies.
