The 2024 Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment (Maine Shared CHNA) Community Engagement process is wrapping up. We thank everyone for providing insights about health and well-being in your community through participation in our focus groups and interviews. If you missed those opportunities, you can still participate by taking our survey through Friday, July 5th.
We encourage you to attend a Public Health District meeting to learn about Maine Shared CHNA activities in your County. You can find more information below. Zoom and location information will be posted as it becomes available.
Update Presentations on the 2022 Maine Shared CHNA Reports
This year we are partnering with the Public Health District Coordinating Councils (DCCs) to provide updates on how the hospitals, Districts, and Community Action Programs have addressed the 2022 MeSCHNA priorities and MeCAP’s Community Needs Assessment priorities. These updates will take place at the DCC summer and fall meetings. We encourage you to attend to learn more about the progress made in your County over the past few years. Additional information on will be posted on-line and sent to Forum registrants.
