Attention Section 60 – Medical Supplies and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Providers: Billing of Infliximab
CRCFs, also referred to as Private Non Medical Institution (PNMI) Appendix D facilities, serve children with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and children with co morbid diagnoses and treatment needs. MaineCare Benefits Manual Chapter II, Section 97, Appendix D identifies CRCFs as either having an Intellectual Disability/Developmental Disability (ID/DD) or Mental Health (MH) model of service.
Effective June 1, 2022, the revised rates for Chapter III Section 95: Podiatric Services codes have been updated in MIHMS retroactively to January 1, 2022.

Effective July 1, 2022, Section 2, Chapter III, Adult Family Care Services for Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) and Remote Island Facility daily rates increased by 3.38 percent. Please see the tables below for more detail.
Effective July 1, 2022, the rate for Section 26, Chapter III, Day Health Services (S5100 HC – Day Care Services) increased from $3.86 to $3.99 per unit. The increase is based on 3.38 percent inflation
