It aims to advance racial justice in courtrooms, policy advocacy, and communities. The toolkit includes materials such as annotated bibliographies, case law references, and practice tools to address racial bias and systemic injustice. It also provides strategies for legislative advocacy and resources to combat over-criminalization of youth of color. |
