Racial Justice Toolkit | The Gault Center | The Racial Justice Toolkit, developed by The Gault Center in collaboration with Georgetown Law's Juvenile Justice Clinic & Initiative, is a resource designed for youth defenders and advocates. It aims to advance racial justice in courtrooms, policy advocacy, and communities. The toolkit includes materials such as annotated bibliographies, case law references, and practice tools to address racial bias and systemic injustice. It also provides strategies for legislative advocacy and resources to combat over-criminalization of youth of color. |
