SAVE Plan Court Actions: Impact on Borrowers

Two courts have issued injunctions blocking implementation of some provisions of the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan. As a result, the online applications to enroll in and manage an income-driven repayment (IDR) plan, including the SAVE Plan, and/or consolidate your loan(s) are temporarily paused.
