Application for Solid Waste License Amendment

The application is for an amendment of the license for the Juniper Ridge Landfill located in Old Town, Maine to accept municipal solid waste from sources within the State of Maine as a result of the anticipated closure of the Maine Energy facility in Biddeford. The Juniper Ridge Landfill is owned by the State of Maine and operated by NEWSME Landfill Operations, LLC.
