Qualifications:

Preference will go to candidates who have a background in customer service in either a library, public service, or direct sales. Previous work with children will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs lending functions: check items in/out, register borrowers, and place holds.
Assists customers in using self-checkout equipment and procedures
Operates various office machines, computer terminals, and other equipment.
Assists in processing online requests.
Assists with Childrens programs, including preparation, set up, and clean up.
Maintains appearance in the Childrens Department.
