Within the parameters of copyright, items in our collection may be copied unless they are too fragile, rare or old. The Reference Staff reserves the right to make that determination on a case-by-case basis, unless the item in question has been clearly labeled. Digital photography is allowed in most cases. Patrons must supply their own cameras. A stabilization stand is available.
Patrons may make black and white, 8 ½” x 11” copies in the library at a cost of $0.15 per page, from our photocopiers and computers. Copies from microfilm readers and those in larger format are $0.30 each.
Fees for our correspondents are as follows:
- Obituaries/Death Notices: $5.00 each
- In-State Patrons: 1-9 pages, no charge; 10-25 pages, $10.00; over 25, price to be determined in consultation with department head
- Out-of-State Patrons: 1-9 pages, $5.00; 10-25 pages, $10.00; over 25, price to be determined in consultation with department head.
