With filing 2009-438 (effective September 1, 2009), the Department repealed and replaced Chapter 332 in its entirety, along with simultaneous filings for Chapter 333 (Low Cost Drugs for Elderly and Disabled (DEL)) and Chapter 334 (Maine Rx Plus). In 2010 it added Chapter 335 (Health Insurance Purchase Option (HIPO) for Children under Age 19). The following were finalized after 2009-438:

2010-322 (Rev. 251A) - effective August 6, 2010
2010-450 (Rev. 253A) - effective October 4, 2010
2010-650 (Rev. 254A) - effective January 4, 2011
2011-314 (Rev. 255A) - effective September 1, 2011
2011-315 (Rev. 256A) - effective September 29, 2011
2011-417 (Rev. 257A) - effective December 5, 2011
Between the September 1, 2009 filings and the end of 2011, there have been several emergency amendments, all currently expired in favor of their permanent replacements.
Note also that several years ago, the Food Stamp Program was renamed the Food Supplement Program. Also, the Office of Integrated Access and Support (OIAS) was recently renamed Office for Family Independence (OFI).
