Hearing Information
The 2024 Annual Public Hearing of the Office of Affordable Health Care was held on September 25th, 2024. Staff from the office began the meeting with an update on the office's activities and new data analyses created in 2024, and then opened the floor for public comments.
Testimony Submission
Written comment is still being accepted through Friday October 4th at midnight EST. If you would like to submit written testimony please utilize the written testimony submission form. This form will collect some basic contact information, and then allow you to upload testimony in the format of your choice. Written testimony may be submitted as an alternative to in-person testimony, or to supplement remarks provided at the hearing.
Please note that all submitted testimony will be made public.
