If you are prompted to update your password and Drupal does not accept your new password, make sure you are following Drupal's password policy. Your password needs to:
- have at least 8 characters
- have at least 2 upper case letters
- have at least 2 lower case letters
- have at least 1 special character
- have at least 1 numeric character
- not have consecutive identical characters
- not contain your username
- not be the same as a previous password
We recommend using the Norton Password Generator to create strong passwords. Adjust the slider to "12" for the password length and generate a password. On rare occasions the generated password does not meet all of Drupal's password criteria and you will have to generate a new one.
