Guided Forest Bathing Therapy Walk for Dog Owners at Bradbury Mountain State Park

A forest bathing/forest therapy guided walk encourages participants to activate all their senses to foster an immersive experience with the natural world. It includes an orientation, invitations to activities such as independent wandering, sitting and sharing. A special tea ceremony with snacks will be held at the conclusion. The guide will make available mats and stools for participants for known number in advance of the walk. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own. Walks are held rain or shine. Check individual walks for start and end times.

Jeanne Christie, a Registered Maine Guide and Nature and Forest Therapy Guide will lead a 2-2 hour Forest Therapy Walk for dog owners at Bradbury Mountain State Park. The event is limited to a maximum of 8 participants and their dogs.
