The Maine Permanent Commission on the Status of Women (MePCSW) is charged with advising the state's policy makers on issues facing Maine women and girls. MePCSW serves as a resource for Maine lawmakers, communities, businesses, and residents in the important work we all do to move Maine forward. We strive to improve the wellbeing of Maine women and girls and by extension, all Mainers.
MePCSW publications and biennial reports reflect a collaborative effort to analyze available data and gather direct input from Maine women and girls.
